As the PTP Manager, I produced several large-scale customized Train-the-Trainer events annually, either tailored to the PTP’s specific needs and hosted at Petzl HQ in Salt Lake City or at the PTP’s training facilities, or other joint training sessions with VIP clients. These were aimed at strengthening partnerships and delivering value to their businesses, with Petzl's collaboration to pinpoint areas of greatest impact.

This was a custom train-the-trainer event for Petzl Techincal Partner Expert Safety Services, in partnership with the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA)

As the PTP Manager, I produced several large-scale customized Train-the-Trainer events annually, either tailored to the PTP’s specific needs and hosted at Petzl HQ in Salt Lake City or at the PTP’s training facilities, or other joint training sessions with VIP clients. These were aimed at strengthening partnerships and delivering value to their businesses, with Petzl's collaboration to pinpoint areas of greatest impact.

I managed an annual custom helmet program for the Petzl Technical Partnership Program--from sell-in, to data collection (style, qty, logos, proofs), guiding the communication process between internal teams and the client, and managing client expectations and communicating timelines. I worked very closely with supply chain, demand planning, and the US and FR creative teams, and acquired a deep knowledge of the helmet pad printing and sticker customization processes.

These were aimed at strengthening partnerships and delivering value to their businesses, with Petzl's collaboration to pinpoint areas of greatest impact.

As part of the transfer of knowledge from the Petzl Techincal Institute to the Petzl Technical Partners to the End Users, these educational rollup displays were produced and utilized in training facilities globally.

Though designed and produced in France at Petzl HQ, I was responsible for updating the information for North American compliance (technical drawings, regulations, etc.) as well as editing the language for English translations.

I designed, built, and maintained the PetzlSolutions site via WordPress—outsourcing dev work where needed. I managed all Google Marketing Tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Trends, Keyword Planner, and Tag Manager) for the Professional division's marketing, and highlighted PTPs monthly on Petzl.com (as well as other press on Petzl.com).

As the Petzl Technical Partnership Program Manager, I led management and growth of North American program, acting as a liaison between the Sales & Marketing teams, Sales Reps, CSS, Petzl Technical Institute (PTI), and key PTP partners.

Working with IT, Marketing, PTI, and HQ, I built (and maintained) this PTP-specific website as part of partnership benefits and lead-generation, integrating into global website strategy.

In 2017, I was one of two PM’s on who led the successful onboarding and implementation of the Elastic B2B wholesale ecommerce integration for Fenix Outdoors. This included the US integrations for both Fjällräven and Royal Robbins as part of the Fenix portfolio. This year (2018) I was the lead PM for the Phase 2 Royal Robbins’ ERP migration from ABS to Microsoft AX.

I worked as Project Manager on the successful onboarding and implementation of the Elastic digital catalog and prebook integration for Pearl iZUMi - US Operations.

This year we stood up Seirus Innovations with the full Elastic B2B wholesale ecommerce integration with Microsoft SAP B1.

In 2016, I was recruited to work as a contract Technical Project Manager at MRM//McCann. While there, our team was responsible for the execution and successful delivery of 3M brand communication strategies and technical projects engaged by the agency, specifically regarding 3M and Verily’s new data analytics product called Performance Matrix.

This project was the design and production of a private, exclusive Keith Urban concert for 250 VIP attendees of the HIMSS 2017 conference in Orlando, Florida.

While there, our team was responsible for the execution and successful delivery of 3M brand communication strategies and technical projects engaged by the agency, specifically regarding 3M and Verily’s new data analytics product called Performance Matrix.

This project was the creation of the Sales Enablement (SE) App for selling in the product to buyers (e.g. hospitals).

This project was the creation and production of several digital advertisements that ran in certain markets. They ran on mobile digital billboards and as TV commercial spots.

As an Account & Project Manager for Blink Worldwide, I managed the key Black Diamond account, leading a cross-functional team in delivering brand communication strategies and IT tools. I created project briefs, scopes of work, project plans, and budgets, while facilitating effective communication between the account, internal creative, and IT teams.

This project was a launch video that we produced for the new Black Diamond Camalot Ultralight. Working with the client’s Creative Services team, we successfully produced a beautiful video for the client. The climbing segment was done by a BD videographer, and the B-roll was all shot by Blink. The finishing work was done in-house at Blink (editing, graphics, animation.)

As an Account & Project Manager for Blink Worldwide, I managed the key Black Diamond account, leading a cross-functional team in delivering brand communication strategies and IT tools. I created project briefs, scopes of work, project plans, and budgets, while facilitating effective communication between the account, internal creative, and IT teams.

This project was a launch video that we produced for the new Black Diamond JetForce Avalanche Pack. As an Account & Project Manager for Blink Worldwide, I managed the key Black Diamond account, leading a cross-functional team in delivering brand communication strategies and IT tools--specifically, a digital SE workbook built using Adobe AEM.

Having worked for Black Diamond as the Creative Services Project Manager making the printed dealer workbooks (prior to this role,) I was all too aware of the need for a digital solution. Upon being recruited to work with Blink on this project, I was able to bring my unique experience and skill set to this project, as I was already very intimate with the data.

In addition to my extensive contributions on this project, I successfully won Blink new outdoor-specific business accounts, utilizing my vast network in the outdoor industry, and showcasing the BD SE app to other brands.

Working with Blink Worldwide as a Project Manager, I worked on a variety of projects—one of which was this successful Sales Enablement demo video. We wrote the script, we cast the actor, we set up a rig to film our Creative Director’s hand as he took us through the app in cadence with the voiceover. It beautifully showcases Blink’s portfolio of B2B/SE app clients.

As the Creative Services Project Manager for Black Diamond, I headed a multi-functional 10-person team of category directors, copywriters, designers, product developers, and illustrators in the creation of all marketing collateral and sales tools. I was the gatekeeper for the Creative Services team, managing the workflow, traffic, and delivery of all sales literature, sell-in toolkits, seasonal marketing calendars, merchandising guides, dealer resource toolkits, swag, co-op programs, four major dealer workbooks per year, and various other projects—all on time, and on budget.

This project was to successfully create (2) equipment and (2) apparel dealer workbooks seasonally, in time for the Sales Meetings (which take place in May and October, respectively) before the sales reps hit the road for sell-in. Not only were we successful, but we delivered workbooks early and under budget for first time in years.

As the Creative Services Project Manager at Black Diamond Equipment, I managed all trade show and event presence for Outdoor Retailer and Snow Sports Industries of America (SIA) shows, and helped coordinate ISPO and OutDoor internationally. I facilitated and oversaw each new booth design and change, working closely with our booth vendors to ensure deadlines were met and changes were made efficiently and correctly. I handled vendor relationships with diplomacy and care, building lasting, honest relationships. I was responsible for all trade show and sales meeting logistics, including: setup and tear-down, booth storage, transport and maintenance, staffing, catering, and budgets. I maintained full equipment and apparel sample sets to be used for trade show and event purposes, and flipped them seasonally as needed.
